Job Summary
Pfizer is seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Operations Specialist to join our team in Western Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive organizational, project management, and administrative expertise to ensure compliant and efficient operation and execution of Medical Affairs activities in the region.
Main Responsibilities
• Perform administrative duties for the Medical Department, including correspondence, collation of project metrics, and organization of meetings.
• Collaborate with the medical affairs team to design, develop, and execute medical projects from initiation to close.
• Maintain a common filing and archive system for medical purposes and regularly clean up files and archives.
• Develop and maintain a network with other Medical Affairs Operations colleagues in WEC and EEC, and commercial operations colleagues in-country.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new employees and their training schedule.
• Maintain org. charts, rosters of colleagues, DLs, and MS Teams sites.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of experience, or BA/BS with 2 years of experience.
• Strong office management and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, MS Teams, and project management applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build working relationships and collaborate proactively across the organization and externally.
