Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues related to our web solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and ensure timely resolution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their queries and enhancing their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).
  • Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
  • A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule, including night shifts and two rotating days off.
