About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers with inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring prompt and efficient resolutions.
- Collect and update customer data to maintain accurate records.
- Provide detailed product information to customers, addressing subscription, payment, and technical requirements.
- Elevate customer satisfaction by responding with empathy and professionalism.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- EU Citizenship or a valid residency card.
- A native level of French and excellent English language skills.
- Understanding of the value of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
