The Opportunity
We are looking for a communicator who is fluent in German and English to work as a Customer Service Representative for our Marketplace team. The ideal candidate will be able to gather important information, identify troubleshoot issues, perform triage requests, provide communications support between teams and business partners, and share insights during official meeting check-ins to improve processes.
Requirements
- One to three years' experience in customer service
- Native German speaker and fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
- Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience interaction
- Exceptional communication skills with grammar and typing accuracy
- Be attentive to customers, recognize their needs and offer them an appropriate solution
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team
- Great listener and problem solver with analytical skills
- Ability to educate customers on policy and product questions
- Capable of reading developer documentation that might be more technical than a normal support manual
- Basic Excel knowledge
