We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madrid. As a representative of Blu Selection, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing personalized support to clients.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for supporting clients' activities by offering world-class service to their customers while working on projects of top prestigious and worldwide brands.
Your responsibilities will include answering incoming customer queries promptly, identifying issues and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, recording customer data accurately in the CRM system, and providing ad-hoc support as required.
Able to communicate fluently in German (C2 Proficiency) and English (C1 proficiency), you will also possess excellent listening skills, proficient communication abilities, and a drive for excellence and professionalism.
