Spare Parts Administrator Job Description
Role Summary
The Spare Parts Administrator will be responsible for accompanying international customers in their spare parts needs, ensuring efficient quote-to-cash process for Sidel spare parts sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients needs and propose adapted offers
- Ensure unidentified spare parts needs are taken into account by relevant departments
- Update ERP according to process
- Prepare spare parts offers
- Collaborate with Project Managers to establish parts lists per equipment
- Execute and follow-up administrative and logistics operations for parts shipping
- Handle customer non-conformities with relevant departments
- Participate in continuous service improvement
- Ensure replacement of Spare Parts Administrators during absences
