Service Development Director

At Tn Portugal, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Development Director to join our Enterprise Service Excellence team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence through strategic initiatives and analytics-driven decision-making.
About the Role:We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of assessing and driving organizational change and improvement. Your expertise in designing and implementing strategic initiatives will be instrumental in positively impacting our organization's performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate business cases for new or expanding Enterprise Service Lines, working closely with our Managing Director and Partner.
- Support Service Line Leaders in defining, measuring, and articulating their value propositions through compelling, data-driven narratives.
- Develop and communicate strategic insights to our senior leaders, including C-level executives and Operating Committee members.
- Drive critical thinking and challenge Service Line Leaders to articulate and measure the essence of the value that Enterprise Services delivers.
- Collaborate with our Enterprise Services Leadership Team to support their agenda and drive value for our organization.
- 10+ years of experience in assessing and driving organizational change and improvement, preferably in complex institutions.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing strategic initiatives that have positively impacted organizational performance and profitability.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all levels, preferably in a professional services organization.
- Sound strategic analytical and reporting skills combined with excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Master's degree with demonstrated strategic quantitative facility, preferably in Mathematics, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Economics, or related fields.
- Demonstrated computer literacy, preferably via experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
