About Us

We are Blu Selection, a leading provider of financial services in Europe. We are seeking an International Payment Support Agent to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for supporting users via email and phone with third-party and international verification of payment information.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through timely and friendly responses.
Requirements:
  • Native French speaker (required) with a good level of English (B2 minimum).
  • Motivated and committed individual.
  • Proficient in writing in French.
  • Team player willing to collaborate with diverse nationalities.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service is an asset.
  • EU citizen or valid work permit for Portugal.
What We Offer:
  • Full-time employment and 6-month temporary contract.
  • Gross salary: €890 per month (14 times a year) + performance-related bonus of €120/month + complexity bonus of €100/month + meal voucher of €7.23/working day.
  • Rotative shifts: Monday to Friday (08:00am to 10pm), weekends (08:00 to 17:00).
  • If living outside Portugal: reimbursement (up to €400) of initial flight ticket after 6 months within the company.
