The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Claims Administrator and Team Leader. You will be responsible for managing claims operations and leading a team of professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Registration of the First Notification of Loss (FNOL)
  • Instruction of the file on receipt of the required documents
  • Potential appointment of a loss adjuster
  • Compensation of the claim (settlement while respecting client commitments)
  • Ensuring day-to-day relationships with internal clients
  • Taking decisions or referring cases to your team leader
  • Informing clients of ongoing actions

As a team leader, you will also be responsible for:
