Job Summary:
This role involves supporting customers who use a well-known search engine by providing them with high-quality assistance and resolving any technical issues they may face.
You will address customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring consistency in our branding and tone.
In this position, you will work closely with other professionals to resolve complex problems and provide valuable feedback on help content.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels;
- Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support;
- Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions;
- Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed;
- Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets;
- Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction;
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
- Review and provide feedback on help content.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in German and English, both oral and written;
- Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
Benefits:
- Working contract: 6 months (renewable);
- Base salary of 1100€/month;
- Performance bonus up to 120€/month;
- Complexity bonus: 135€/month;
- Monday to Friday – 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational);
- Saturday and Sunday – 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM;
- Days Off: 2 Days Rotational;
- Location: Lisbon.
