At Randstad II - Prestação de Serviços, Limitada, we are looking for an HR Learning Officer to join our team.
Job Overview:
The HR Learning Officer will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient execution of all training programs in accordance with the annual training plan issued by the business. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can ensure seamless end-to-end training program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a solid understanding of the annual training plan and recommend scheduling approaches and administration best practices.
- Identify venues for training delivery and manage logistics, including booking and preparing the venue.
- Manage training program communication to ensure participants are aware of schedules, venues, and other relevant details.
- Administer training program evaluations to assess effectiveness and gather feedback from participants.
- Review and update training plans periodically as instructed by the Group Learning Manager.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure external training providers are seamlessly coordinated.
- Process invoices from vendors and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain and update SBM Offshore's inventory of training service providers as directed by the Group Learning Manager.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure training programs are delivered as planned, participants are registered, and attendance is recorded.
- Provide first-line technical support to LMS users, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing training on how to use the LMS.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-5 years of proven experience in training administration.
- Knowledge of demand planning and complex scheduling of training planning is highly desired.
- Proven experience working on an enterprise LMS platform such as SAP SuccessFactors/Workday.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization, time management, and customer focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
