This role is essential in ensuring compliance with passenger rights regulations across various countries. We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to collaborate with legal professionals, regulatory bodies, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB) to resolve passenger rights issues efficiently.

About the Role
  • Communicate effectively with lawyers, legal officers, and NEB representatives to resolve complex passenger rights issues.
  • Ensure transport operators comply with regulations enforced by NEB, maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
  • Handle claims and disputes, following proper processes to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding client identities at all times.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $60,000-$80,000 based on industry standards.

What You'll Bring
  • A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the transportation sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
