Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Director to lead and manage our Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping the future of privacy with us. Your tasks will include:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing methodological insights and ongoing guidance.
  • Country-Specific TA: Take ownership of Talent Acquisition requirements in the Czech Republic, working hands-on to meet recruitment needs.
  • End-to-End Process Ownership: Manage the entire Talent Acquisition process (E2E), ensuring seamless execution from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Process Optimization: Develop structured Talent Acquisition processes in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment, re-evaluating and improving them as needed to align with business requirements and enhance the hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Focus on Quality and Retention: Balance hiring speed and retention while maintaining a high standard of quality in hires.
  • Talent Database Management: Build and maintain a robust talent database while ensuring full GDPR compliance in data retention and usage.
  • Vacancy Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure candidates match role requirements, providing a smooth pre-hiring experience and partnering on onboarding journeys.
  • Advisory Role: Serve as a proactive advisor to the business on evolving Talent Acquisition topics, including compensation and benefits, regulatory changes, and other location-specific developments.
  • Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Expand and optimize sourcing channels in key locations (e.g., Prague, Lisbon, Odense), creating and maintaining a practical talent pipeline.
  • Employer Branding: Work with a task force to strengthen employer branding initiatives in alignment with Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share Talent Acquisition best practices, market trends, and locational updates with the broader HR team on a regular basis.
Your Responsibilities

You will bring the following skills and qualifications to this role:

  • Recruitment Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in tech or SaaS industries, supporting fast-paced organizations with diverse job profiles.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience managing and leading recruitment teams, ideally across European or globally dispersed locations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level stakeholder relationships, using strong market knowledge and advisory skills to influence and challenge effectively.
