We are looking for a talented leader to join our team as a Talent Unit Director - Franchise Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, coaching, and retaining high-potential talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit & Select: source, attract, and hire top IT professionals and other qualified staff
  • Coach & Retain: develop roles, responsibilities, and clear accountabilities to keep teams engaged
  • Operational Excellence: boost efficiency and performance across all recruitment processes
  • Strategic Leadership: align talent acquisition strategies with business goals, ensuring consistent growth
  • Stakeholder Management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and cross-functional teams
