We are looking for a Talent Development Director to join our team in Lisbon. This role will be responsible for leading the development of our talent management strategy and implementing programmes to improve employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Programme Design & Delivery: Design and deliver training programmes, mentoring initiatives, and succession planning processes to develop employees' skills and abilities.
- Talent Assessment & Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and select top talent, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the right skills and expertise.
- Succession Planning: Identify and develop future leaders, ensuring continuity and sustainability of our business.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, promoting a culture of respect and belonging.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
