About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional support to Supercell players. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for handling player inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

About You: To succeed in this role, you must have a native level of written and verbal communication skills in German and a good understanding of English (B1 Level). You should also possess a strong customer-oriented attitude, with excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch support to Supercell players via Helpshift (mobile CRM) and other support tools
  • Engaging directly with players in offline conversations, in-app chat, and voice
  • Collaborating with the Supercell team in Helsinki to provide feedback and insights

Requirements: To excel in this position, you will need to have:

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Good understanding of English (B1 Level)
  • Player and support-oriented attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
  • Good reasoning and analytical skills
  • Friendly, proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations
  • Good multi-tasking and typing skills (60 WPM+)
  • Passion for video games and mobile applications
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office or equivalents
  • Ability to think out of the box to amaze players and teammates
