Community Manager for Supercell – Turkish Language Expert

Are you a gaming enthusiast looking to grow professionally in a dynamic industry? We are seeking a Turkish speaker to work as a Community Support Manager for Supercell. As the face and voice of the brand, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across all social networks and platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.

Our Client: Supercell is a leading mobile game developer based in Helsinki, Finland with offices worldwide. Its games are available on various platforms, using both Apple's iOS and Google's Android operating systems. Since its founding in 2010, Supercell has brought successful games to the market and continues to grow rapidly.

Job Description:

  • Create high-quality content for all platforms
  • Understand current trends within the community and provide regional insights
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Relay community feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Devise and implement community communication initiatives
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests
  • Attend/manage networking events or relevant industry workshops/forums

Your Profile: To be successful in this role, you will need exceptional writing skills (native or near-native Turkish), fluency in written and verbal English (C1), experience managing social media channels, and strong team player skills. Experience with graphic design, business intelligence tools, and soft skills for de-escalating situations are also desirable.
