What you'll doSocial Media & Platform Coordination: Manage social media and platforms, collaborating with the development team to create marketing strategies and build a thriving community for new projects;Community Engagement & Strategy: Lead community management, executing strategies to engage and grow the player base;Content Creation & Marketing: Create engaging content and support marketing efforts to excite and inform the community;Collaboration with Development & Clients: Participate in meetings, providing feedback and ensuring community insights are integrated into game improvements;Project & Business Management: Oversee execution from strategy to content, ensuring smooth cross-team coordination;Analytics & Reporting: Track community data, engagement metrics, and player retention to refine strategies and improve results.What you'll needEnglish native or English C1 (essential);Passion for Gaming: A deep love for gaming and experience with sandbox games, ideally with a background in the gaming industry or significant experience as a gamer;Experience in Marketing & Business: Background in marketing, business, and project management with the ability to promote and sell gaming products to the market;Creative & Strategic Thinker: Strong creative mindset with experience in developing marketing strategies and engaging content that resonates with players;Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing social media platforms and a solid understanding of social media trends and algorithms;Independent, autonomous and Analytical Skills: Knowledge of engagement metrics, reporting, and player retention strategies – able to interpret and act on data to improve community engagement;Please note that we will only consider CVs if submitted in English.BenefitsExcellent work opportunity in a dynamic leading multinational company;Possibility of cooperation with leaders in various industries;Investment in training and personal development;Modern, centrally located buildings with canteen facilities and an excellent public transportation connection;Health Insurance;Free language courses, sport activities and organized events;Free healthy meals in the cafeterias, such as soup, bread, salad and fruit.Teleperformance PortugalTeleperformance Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe.
