Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced global payroll lead to oversee and manage the payroll operations across our international offices. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global payroll processes, compliance, and best practices. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with local regulations in each country.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of a global payroll provider, Own the end-to-end payroll process for all employees across our global offices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in each country, Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations, Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across all locations, Manage relationships with external payroll service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met and addressing any issues promptly.

Requirements
Demonstrate experience in processing, overseeing, and managing global payroll platforms, Deliver a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, Self-motivated with a great attitude and a positive outlook, Collaborative and resourceful working style, Strong and clear written and oral communication skills with the confidence to build senior relationships, Strategic thinker with the ability to influence decision-making at a senior level, Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
