Main Objectives:- Develop and implement global payroll process and system programs that meet our strategy and HR Services' transformation.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure payroll solutions meet company standards.
- Create payroll and time and attendance projects to simplify, systemize, and standardize processes globally.
- Drive global payroll and time and attendance transformation to support HR Transformation efforts.
