The Job Description
We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our People team. As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, shortlisting applicants, screening potential candidates, and scheduling candidates with hiring managers. This role is instrumental in attracting and selecting top talent to join our team. You will partner directly with hiring managers and organizational leaders to own key technical hires that drive business growth. We are looking for someone who thrives on ownership and working creatively and collaboratively with teammates to make great hires.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Sourcing and identifying top engineering talent with a focus on Backend, Frontend, Blockchain, Data, DevOps, and Full-stack as needed.
- Developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline of technical candidates.
- Collaborating with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translating that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
- Providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and maintaining data integrity and reporting recruiting metrics as needed.
- Assisting in building continued processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts, short and long term.
Requirements
We require someone with 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment. Proven experience working with engineering teams and hiring for technical roles is essential. A track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers is required. Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans is also a plus. Passion and understanding of technology, fintech, and digital currency are necessary. Fluency in written and oral English skills is a must. Excellent verbal and communication skills, ability to work well autonomously, and be an excellent team player are essential. Comfortable working across multiple time zones and countries is required. Self-motivated and eager to make a difference, goal-oriented with a strong work ethic, and able to effectively interact with all levels of staff and senior management, including C-Suite, are a must.
