Sales Application Support RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled German language IT support specialist to join our Proposal Excellence Team as a Sales Application Support professional. This role involves managing sales application-related requests, supporting the team with ServiceNow requests, and ensuring seamless collaboration within the organization.
Responsibilities:- Support the Bid & Proposal Excellence Team with sales application-related tasks.
- Manage ServiceNow requests related to sales applications.
- Monitor ServiceNow groups and manage user permissions.
- Document all tasks and processes either during transition or before in the Wiki Page.
- Perform specific tasks involving Collaboration/Outlook: access and permission management (SAP Account Management incl. Quip, SieSales, Ibau, Tableau, Thomas Daily), clean-up tasks, mass data transactions and changes, building and adjusting sales reports, managing ACM requests, collaborating via Service Now, ramping up SME expertise for specific sales/Salesforce related applications, objects, and processes, supporting community management, and continuous improvement topics in sales.
- Florent German and English skills are mandatory (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers).
- Experience in application support is essential.
- Prior experience working with several Siemens-specific IT tools is desirable.
- Experience in sales is an added advantage.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow is beneficial.
- A willingness to explore new applications is required.
- A high focus on user satisfaction is necessary.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is expected.
- A service-oriented attitude, customer-focused approach, and problem-solving mindset are must-haves.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) are required.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to representing Siemens S.A. are essential.
