Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Data Strategist to join our Global HR Data & Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Global HR Data strategy, driving data integration and transformation.
  • Establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, security, and quality.
  • Manage process improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, system functionality, and reporting capabilities.
  • Generate insightful reports and dashboards, providing key HR metrics and analysis.
  • Oversee institutional reporting for the Group and optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Support data analysis efforts and develop innovative data visualization techniques.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker with a degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or IT.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar functions, including data roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data programming languages (SQL Server, Teradata, Airflow, SAP Business Objects).
  • Experience in visualization tools (e.g., QlikSense, Power BI, Python).
  • Knowledge of HR data sources such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or others.
