As an Onboarding and Offboarding Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition for new employees at GrabJobs. In this role, you will support and maintain the onboarding process, conduct welcoming sessions, and coordinate onboarding, probation period, and offboarding checklists with our managers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a strong desire to learn and grow professionally, and a proactive and positive can-do attitude. They must also possess strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

You will keep HR data updated in our systems and provide data reports on main HR metrics by request. Additionally, you will address various HR-related requests and participate in other HR-related projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Conduct welcoming sessions to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
  • Coordinate onboarding, probation period, and offboarding checklists with our managers.
  • Keep HR data updated in our systems (BambooHR, KnowBe4) and provide data reports on main HR metrics by request.
