Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 (L1) ICT support to our users through multiple interaction methods, including telephone, IT service management systems, walk-in IT kiosk, email, and other on-site user engagements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to users
  • Managing and addressing incoming calls via the IT Service Desk phone line
  • Tickets in the IT Service Desk queue
  • Walk-in queries at the IT Kiosk
  • E-mails from IT Service Desk mailboxes

You will maintain and update IT asset management records and systems, create, update, and manage information resources in knowledge management systems, and actively contribute to the Continual Service Improvement process.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • ITIL v4 certification
  • Service Desk Analyst certification
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
