Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist to join our NBS Lisbon Human Resources (HR) department. In this role, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor and be responsible for recruiting top talent for the center. You will perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, prepare recruitment materials, source and recruit candidates, screen resumes and job applications, conduct interviews, and provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports and KPIs to the rest of the center. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Document job requirements and objectives through job and task analysis;
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies;
- Source and recruit top talent for the center;
- Screen resumes and job applications to ensure the highest quality candidates;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates;
- Provide regular updates and insights on the recruitment process to stakeholders;
- Built influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field;
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR areas, mainly recruitment;
- Language skills: Fluent in English, with any additional language being a great plus, especially Spanish;
- Skills: Adaptable, agile, eye for detail, resilient, good priority management and communication skills, strong proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus, and understanding of the business environment.
