About the Role

The CIM Expert role is accountable for maintaining the designated 'above market' configuration of the Visualfabriq solution. This requires expert knowledge of the Visualfabriq solution, knowledge of Nestlé Customer Planning processes & best practices, understanding of integration into Nestlé SAP landscape, experience of commercial systems and processes, good communication skills in English (both verbally and written), and structured thinking with ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the designated 'above market' configuration of the Visualfabriq solution
  • Update each Market CIM Instance with the correct and most applicable configuration
  • Advise markets on implications of their configuration choices and/or changes
  • Consult with the Visualfabriq Product Team and/or Above-Market IT for guidance where required
  • Coordinate with market for local testing & sign off

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of the Visualfabriq solution
  • Knowledge of Nestlé Customer Planning processes & best practices
  • Understanding of integration into Nestlé SAP landscape
  • Experience of commercial systems and processes
  • Good communication skills in English (both verbally and written)
