Your Role

The CIM Configuration Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the designated 'above market' configuration of the Visualfabriq solution. This position requires an expert in the Visualfabriq solution, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand Nestle / VisualFabriq blueprint & configuration choices made by individual markets.
  2. Validate configuration changes requested by markets and ensure market awareness of implications.
  3. Effect configuration changes as requested/validated in test environment.
  4. Test & confirm that the changes deliver expected outcomes.
  5. Coordinate with market for local testing & sign off.
  6. Effect approved configuration changes in the production system.
  7. Update the required documentation of market configuration.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English (both verbally and written).

  • Understanding of integration into Nestle SAP landscape.
  • Experience of commercial systems and processes.
  • At least 3 years Business experience, specifically related to Commercial functions / solutions.
  • Good understanding and networks across Nestle businesses.
  • Certified VisualFabriq Bootcamp Graduate (can be part of onboarding & ongoing refresher trainings).
  • IS or technical experience is a benefit.
  • Structured thinker, with ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
  • Customer Service oriented.
