Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site support at our Lisbon office, responding to employee inquiries, and resolving issues through our global employee platform (ServiceNow).
You will also manage EMEA-wide tasks, such as employment verification letters, medical checks, and ensuring compliance with local legislation. Additionally, you will run regular audits, ensure data integrity, and create reports.
As part of the People Experience & Operations team, you will coordinate with employees, managers, HR teams, and external stakeholders to handle employment-related processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a People/HR Operations role within a high-growth tech company or large organization is required.
A basic understanding of EMEA employment laws and their impact on HR matters is essential.
Experience with Workday (HRIS) and/or ticketing systems, as well as Excel or Google Sheets, is necessary.
Strong customer service and administrative skills are also required.
