**Job Title:** Public Relations Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented and motivated PR Specialist to join our international EMEA Communications team. The PR Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of public relations strategies that enhance the company's reputation and visibility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, research new contacts, and keep distribution lists up to date.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and review press releases, articles, and other PR materials that effectively communicate the company's messages and news.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor media coverage and industry trends, compile press clippings, and prepare reports on PR activities.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of PR campaigns.
  • Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of press conferences, media briefings, and company events.
  • Research: Conduct research to identify new PR opportunities, including speaking engagements, award submissions, and partnerships that align with the company's goals.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in external communications, PR, corporate communications, or a related field.
  • Native English speaker or business fluent.
  • Experience working in the tech, CX, or SaaS industry is a benefit.
  • Strong writing and researching skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and keep a high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
