UK PR Manager - Global Communications

We are seeking a passionate PR Manager dedicated to the UK market to join our Global Communications Team at Zendesk.

As a PR Manager, you will be responsible for executing our PR strategy in the UK, driving media relations, press events, and creating compelling content to position Zendesk as a leader in AI for CX.

This role requires a communications talent with strong media relations skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of the UK media landscape.

  • Develop and implement PR strategies that align with our global communications strategy, focusing on the UK market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key UK media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage in top-tier publications.
  • Write, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR content that communicate our brand messages effectively.
  • Organize and manage press interviews, media briefings, and other events to generate positive publicity.
  • Collaborate with our social media team to amplify PR campaigns.
  • Track media coverage, analyze PR campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in external communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
  • Native English speaker or business fluent.
  • Previous experience working in the tech, CX, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media placements in the UK.
