Job Title: French Tech Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled French Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Atlean World in Lisbon. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to users addressing any issue or inquiry via chat, email, phone, and social media;
  • Identify, research, and review complex issues to determine the best solution or troubleshooting;
  • Contribute to increasing product insight and knowledge content;
  • Provide proactive post-sales support for customers;
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (C2 Level or Native);
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
  • Troubleshooting aptitude;
  • Good listening and empathy skills;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Team spirit and flexibility;
  • EU ID / Passport or Residency card.
