Job Description

As a skilled content reviewer for Apply2Day, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our social media platform. Your primary responsibility will be to review and approve or reject content submissions, ensuring that they align with our community guidelines. This will involve evaluating comments, videos, images, and posts for compliance with our policies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and approving or rejecting content submissions
• Monitoring user interactions and taking action against violations (issuing warnings or bans)
• Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure consistent moderation policies
• Understanding client policies and guidelines

Requirements:
• EU passport
• Native or near-native Italian language proficiency (C1-C2 level)
• Excellent command of English language (B2 level)
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
