Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our Global Markets Operational and Permanent Control team. As part of Strategy Conduct and Risk (SCR), you will operate across three main regions, supporting regulatory requirements, assessing conduct control set-ups, and contributing to operational risk identification and mitigation.

Your key activities will include:

  • Supporting the execution of governance committees and presentations
  • Liaising and interacting with OPC teams worldwide
  • Producing regular reporting on operational risk indicators and suggesting improvements
  • Analyzing data using different tools and structuring queries
  • Performing trend analysis and comparison with previous periods
  • Suggesting digital solutions and promoting data quality
  • Supporting Ad-Hoc requests from the OPC team

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's, Post-Graduation, or Master's degree in Data Science, Management, Finance, Science, or Maths
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, precision, and rigor
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written form
