We are looking for a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to join our team at TN Portugal. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers regarding Freestyle Libre and other glucose meter devices.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide specialized customer support through written and phone communication, offer information regarding purchasing procedures, orders' tracking, and deliveries, and build meaningful relationships with customers. You will also meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.

To succeed in this role, you must have native or proficient level of Dutch (C2) and intermediate level of English (at least B2) for training and documentation. Strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and high-speed internet access are also required.
