We are seeking a highly skilled MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENT to join our growing team at Velenosi & Meredith Consulting. As a key member of our client care unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely solutions to customer issues.
  • Document and track all customer interactions, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Process customer requests efficiently, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain high service quality standards, continuously improving processes to enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements:
  • Native/Fluent Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of English (B2 level preferred) for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
