Job Description
As a Development Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the design and development of hydraulic systems and components for our heat pumps. Your primary tasks will include:
- Development of Technical Solutions: Coordinate with the team to create and enhance technical concepts and innovative functions for heat pumps, focusing on hydraulic components and systems;
- Design & Calculation: Specify, calculate, and design hydraulic components and systems, ensuring alignment with technical requirements;
- Requirements Management: Work with internal teams and suppliers to manage technical requirements and specifications, ensuring smooth integration into the overall system;
- Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation, including development reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a related technical field;
- Proven experience in product development or project management, particularly in mechanical systems;
- Previous work in refrigeration, hydraulic systems, or heat pump technologies is valuable;
- Familiarity with Product Development tools (FMEA, DFMA, FAM);
- Knowledge in Requirements handling (e.g. atlassian R4J) is valued;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote).
