Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Budget Analyst and Finance Manager to join our team in Oeiras, Portugal. The successful candidate will review and track purchase orders and purchase requests, oversee expense management processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and track purchase orders and purchase requests, reporting exceptions to Finance;
- Oversee expense management processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies;
- Prepare and present expense management reports with key insights and recommendations;
- Maintain internal control documentation and recommend improvements where necessary.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP applications, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and proficiency in tools such as JIRA or similar Kanban tools. Additionally, a university degree in Business Administration and Finance, or higher secondary education with additional 7 years' experience at a managerial level in the field of Financial management is required.
