About the Job
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Desktop Auditor Warranty to join our dynamic team at Randstad II - Prestação de Serviços, Limitada. In this key role, you will contribute to optimizing and streamlining business processes across various sectors. Your strong analytical skills, fluency in English, and experience with audit processes will enable you to make a significant impact in our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing desktop audits based on suitable KPIs
- Conducting audits to identify potential deviation topics in the warranty process handling
- Defining, evaluating, and deciding on conspicuous warranty applications
- Documenting test results transparently, precisely, and comprehensively
- Analyzing desktop audit results regularly and incorporating findings into the continuous improvement process

Requirements
- Car mechanic/car mechatronic technician with further training as a master craftsman or technical business economist
- Completed studies with a technical or business orientation (ideally)
- Practical experience in commercial vehicle engineering and knowledge of workshop and repair processes
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience
