About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Department Head to oversee and drive the operational and strategic activities of a department within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing and implementing departmental strategies, and ensuring the overall efficiency and productivity of the team.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage departmental projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the department.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance departmental performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and team members across the firm.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role within a department.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
