As a Principal Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships and advisory services to drive customer success and growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to inform sales processes and product roadmaps, leveraging your expertise to deliver business value and innovation to customers.
About the Team:
The cross-functional post-sales team at PagerDuty is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a trusted advisor, you will join a collaborative and fast-paced environment where innovation and results-oriented teamwork are highly valued. The team works closely together to drive customer success and growth, while also identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and systems.
About the Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive adoption plans for PagerDuty products, ensuring timely implementation and effective utilization
- Foster executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, Engineering, and Support organizations
- Provide expert guidance on process, people, and change management best practices to drive adoption of real-time operations
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and mitigate risks to customer success and growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business priorities and objectives
About the Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth
- Strong business acumen, with ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in a SaaS business model and IT enterprise architecture, DevOps principles, and modern IT monitoring
