At TN Portugal, we are seeking an experienced customer service specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a French native or fluent speaker with strong English communication skills, you will be responsible for managing host and guest queries, presenting solutions, and joining a specialized team that offers support through written communication and phone.
About the RoleThis role involves meeting and exceeding service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets while creating amazing experiences that people value and we are proud of. To succeed, you will need to have native or proficient level of French (C2), advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written, strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, desire to learn and advance, and high-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage hosts and guests queries
- Present the best available solutions taking advantage of a community marketplace with millions of users
