Job Title: Legal Contract Manager

Our client, a multinational company with a dynamic Shared Service Centre, is seeking a skilled Legal Contract Manager to support the drafting of local agreements under the Master Agreement. The ideal candidate will work closely with local Legal Counsels to advise and train wider teams on contractual and administrative requirements, ensuring compliance and driving profitability through effective contract use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the drafting of local agreements under the Master Agreement
  • Advise and train wider teams on contractual and administrative requirements
  • Prepare and present contract trainings across the account
  • Implement contractual governance, change control procedures, and maintain accurate historical and administrative logs
  • Draft contractual caveats and provide recommendations after assessing risks
  • Ensure the right approval channel for contractual changes based on internal delegations and change control procedures
  • Participate in Governance meetings with the Client and the Central Account Team
  • Ensure consistency with contract management tools and procedures
  • Report and monitor contract compliance
  • Coordinate with regional and country teams regarding change control documents
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in legal and contract management support
  • Paralegal or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated technical skills and commercial awareness
  • Experience with commercial contracts in a multi-country jurisdiction environment
  • Strong contract review and drafting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organization skills
  • Fluent in English and a second language is desirable
