Job DescriptionThis role will oversee the operations of IT systems, solutions, and applications for Product Creation in a globally distributed engineering network. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the provision of tools and aligning with the IT infrastructure team to ensure sufficient environment for various engineering activities.
- Ensuring that engineering IT systems, solutions, and applications are operated reliably, efficiently, and securely.
- Defining and implementing efficient security measures to minimize security risks (cybersecurity) for the IDE in close cooperation with the Chief Information Security Officer.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- Several years of leadership experience in an international and intercultural context with personnel and budget responsibility.
- A proven track record in effectively managing a comprehensive and international portfolio of IT services, most of which are sourced from partners.
- Experience in identifying and implementing performance measures.
- A good understanding of currently available technical IT solutions and future requirements.
- A solid understanding of the organization's business objectives, processes, and priorities to align IT infrastructure strategies with the overall goals of the organization.
