Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Specialist - Lifecycle Growth to join our marketing team. This role will focus on optimizing Sword's B2B conversion funnel using data-driven insights, developing lifecycle campaigns, and creating engaging content that generates pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing for a technology, digital healthcare, or similar company, with proven expertise in generating pipeline and monetization via email and other lifecycle marketing channels.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize Sword's B2B conversion funnel using data-driven insights to create and improve lifecycle campaigns.
  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that generate engagement with prospects and clients.
  • Produce exceptional messaging through compelling, value-driven content that generates pipeline growth.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of outbound email campaigns, including building, scheduling, testing, and performance analysis.
  • Work within our ESP and CRM to develop scalable engagement programs, campaigns, segmentation, and attribution.
  • Design and implement an A/B testing framework to optimize campaigns and support ongoing growth.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing for a technology, digital healthcare, or similar company.
  • Proven expertise in generating pipeline and monetization via email and other lifecycle marketing channels.
  • Confident writer with the ability to craft engaging content.
  • Data-driven with a strong knack for leveraging insights to inform and optimize campaigns.
  • Experienced in creating complex audience segments.
  • Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute effectively.
