Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Atelier Catarina Cabral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office activities and manage administrative tasks
  • Handle office equipment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Organize office operations and coordinate with clients
  • Support team members with their administrative needs

This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility to work from home when needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, experience in administrative assistance and office administration, proficiency with office equipment and related software, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
