Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our new equipment project management operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day project activities from order intake to closing, ensuring deliverables are met at the expected cost and stakeholder satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for delivering S-Q-C-D projects for assigned new equipment projects, meeting health, safety, and environmental standards, quality specifications, costs, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory conditions are met, including corporate values, governance, and processes.
- Develop risk assessment and response plans for critical projects and drive risk management and mitigation.
- Manage, support, and coach the assigned team, promoting competence development and utilization, and eliminating roadblocks.
- Support the team in managing scope changes without affecting baselined objectives and benefits, resolve conflicts, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure all Sidel project systems are regularly updated, such as SAP milestones, AMP, SINCRO, and PM Tools.
Your Requirements
- Masters degree or equivalent.
- PMI certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
- 5 years' experience in project management of capital projects, with a proven track record.
- Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Sidel portfolio and systems design is a plus.
