About the Position
The Strategic Sourcing Manager for Manufacturing will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies for industrial services and capex. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities, contract negotiations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for industrial services and capex.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ad-hoc projects, and supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with Corporate Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams to ensure successful capex and services execution.
- Conduct market research and evaluations to identify suitable suppliers for capex and services needs.
- Manage spend profiles, track expenses, and optimize business requirements.
- Promote ASR's purchasing strategy through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in industrial services procurement, project purchasing, or operations management.
- Strong understanding of hard services management and contract negotiations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
