Our Team
The Delivery@Scale team in the Adoption Services Center organization focuses on driving customer success as ONE SAP by maximizing the adoption of SAP products through factory services and outcome-based solutions.
Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Lead for SAP customers, you will support them in their transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise, leveraging the capabilities of the Business Technology Platform (BTP). Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering standardized factory services as a SAP Basis consultant.
- Project delivery, including requirement gathering, system landscape analysis, and technical design.
- Executing technical solutions, such as migrations, upgrades, and conversions.
- Assisting team members with ongoing projects.
- Providing guidance on cloud migration.
- Troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical problems.
- Managing multiple tasks and understanding customer needs.
