Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Robert Walters Plc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities to ensure sustained growth in a dynamic market landscape.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning process, encompassing long-term strategic planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with business goals and growth initiatives.
- Oversee the annual valuation process, refining financial models and key assumptions to project market positioning and growth potential with precision.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers behind business performance, offering actionable insights for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and automation, managing a team of data experts and implementing advanced financial technologies, such as GenAI.
- Streamline and enhance financial systems and processes, driving automation initiatives within the finance department to increase operational efficiency and improve decision-making.
- Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to monitor and evaluate KPIs, using these insights to create strategies that foster growth and manage risk effectively.
Requirements
- 10+ years of analytical experience in financial management, consulting, or investment banking, with proven experience in FP&A, having managed regular reporting to C-Level and shareholders/investors.
- Work experience in the tech/e-commerce/internet industry would be a plus.
- Knowledge in OneSteam and Planning Analytics/Tableau is a plus, as well as data analytics tools and programming (Excel, Python, VBA, Google Sheets scripts, etc.).
- Fluency in English is required.
